How long does a build take?
Most sites go from intake to live in two to three weeks. The biggest variable is how fast you review the drafts. The writing and the building are on me.
I hate writing. How much do I have to write?
None. You answer a structured intake about your business with short answers, not essays. I draft every word of the site from that, and you simply approve or ask for changes.
What does it cost?
A one-page site is $450 one-time. A full build starts at $1,000, and if the lump sum is the problem you can pay $400 down and $100 a month for six months, same total. Build + AI is $1,200 for the site with the front desk wired in on day one, plus a monthly VinRaven plan. The optional care plan is $59/month and covers hosting, security, content edits, and the VinRaven Lite front-desk at no extra cost. Want Lite on a site I do not host? That is $75/month, because the hosting is what pays for it. Start with the one-pager and $225 comes off a full build later, whenever you want it. Every number is quoted in writing before anything starts.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Your domain and your content are yours. If you ever leave, you get a clean handoff. No hostage situations.
